Nursery
Age 3½ – 4½ years
Sounds, shapes and numbers through stories, craft, music and movement, while children learn to share and take turns.
LKG & UKG
Age 4½ – 6 years
Reading and writing readiness, phonics, early maths and confident speaking, all through hands-on activities.
Primary
Class 1 – 5
Strong basics in English, Hindi, Maths and EVS, with art, assembly, stage time and celebrations every month.
Our approach
Young children learn best when they are happy, curious and busy with their hands. Every day at Shining Kids Academy mixes short teaching moments with play, art, music, movement and conversation, so that learning feels like fun.
What children learn
- Language: listening, speaking, rhymes and stories; phonics, letter sounds and early reading and writing in English and Hindi.
- Numbers: counting, shapes, patterns, sorting and simple sums with real objects.
- The world around us: colours, fruits and vegetables, animals, plants, seasons and festivals.
- Creativity: drawing, colouring, leaf and vegetable printing, paper craft and clay.
- Good habits: greeting, sharing, cleanliness, saying sorry and thank you, and caring for each other.
Activities and theme days
Theme days such as Fruit Day, Green Day and fancy dress, festival celebrations like Janmashtami, and monthly birthday celebrations give children something new to look forward to and plenty to talk about.
Keeping parents in the loop
Teachers share each child's progress with parents regularly, and the school office is always happy to talk. Call or WhatsApp us any time during office hours.
